Business Description
Charles purchased his first apartment building in 1959 at age 19. He and his brother remodeled it. He was in the rental ownership and management business for around years and then sold his rental properties and became a home builder general contractor and real estate developer of suburban homes and neighborhoods for a decade. He then became a real estate broker and was a broker for several decades. He then went back to being a general contractor and developer, this time building luxury apartment buildings instead of homes. He sold some of the luxury apartment buildings he built and kept others for his family to own and manage. The buildings we own and manage are collectively known as Longview Corporate Housing.
