Business Description
I lived on a farm when I was a child and always enjoyed being outside with nature and animals. My Dad raised a small herd of cattle and grew wheat on our 105 acre farm. Years later, after my husband Dan and I married we found a small farm just outside of Wilsonville, OR, and with our 3 kids, decided to make the move here.
We started with a few rabbits and chickens, then added Mama Goat and then a few more goats and a couple of horses and Haider Farm was officially started. We now raise over 100 chickens, many different breeds, rabbits and have a small herd of Nubian goats and one horse. I owned another business which specialized in manuals for farm equipment along with farm toys, books, collectibles, decals for tractors and more, and decided to expand it to include some farm products.
We started the farm store as a way to add farm fresh eggs, some seasonal produce, healthy snacks, essential oils and more, since I believe it is important to have healthy choices to be healthy.
