Alex is a 200 hr E-RYT and Continuing Education provider. She has extensive experience teaching a wide variety of yogic disciplines as well as barre, boxing, group fitness, and meditation. Alex has brought together all her training to create an optimal yoga and fitness experience for you. You will dive deeply into alignment, and learn how to utilize your muscles in the most effective way. "My goal is to help you build strength of body and mind beyond what you thought possible".
Ashlee has been in fitness management for the past 6 years. Her passion for community and building an inclusive environment where people of all backgrounds can come together to succeed is what drives her in this business. "I want people to know they can be themselves when they walk through door, and they will be welcomed with open arms into our community."
