The owner of Crossfit 54 is Jessica Shook. She started her fitness career as an ACE certified personal trainer for 6 years. She came across Crossfit 3 years into her career. She started off being against Crossfit as she had some poor experiences at another Crossfit gym. She decided to give Crossfit another try in 2017 where she fell in love with Crossfit 54. The people were amazing and very encouraging. She started coaching at Crossfit 54 later that year and became the head coach not too long after that. Jessica believes in each individual that walks into the doors. She focuses on helping others achieve what they might think is impossible. She believes that no matter where you are in life, it is never too late to start. She decided to take on ownership of Crossfit 54 in 2018 because she believes she has more to offer. She wants each person to feel valued from the moment they walk in those doors and that they know we are the solution to their problems!
